Research methods include the collection of field data variety such as bathymetric, geological, geomorphological, hydrodynamical data and scientific dives. Followed by data processing, analysis, habitat mapping and interpretation in the effort to evaluate the conditions related to the generation, development and maintenance of mounds through space and time.

Teaching

Participation in conducting laboratory workshops/courses and demonstration of scientific field work equipment use and methods for the graduate and post graduate students of the Marine Sciences Department of the University of the Aegean).

Other activities

  • Skipper’s Certificate
  • Scientific diving
